Oils make us fat? that's a fact. We have been told to reduce taking oily food or eliminate oils or fats intake
in our diet to maintain good health and stay slim.Some of us did not bother so much about their figure but surely they want a good health.As parent we would want
to avoid obesity in our child. Obesity does happen to child if we as a parent did not controlled their diet. There is a significant increase in overweight cases in the world.
